DESCRIZIONE
Le tazze Chawan della serie cretto sono state create al tornio in gres bianco con aggiunta di pigmenti e cotte ad alta temperatura (1250 °C). Questa cottura rende gli oggetti non porosi, resistenti e durevoli. Smaltato con smalto celeste semiopaco, mentre l'esterno è lasciato non smaltato per accentuare le crepe che si generano durante la lavorazione al tornio, che si creano con la lavorazione solamente dall'interno.

Ogni pezzo è unico in quanto fatto a mano. Le piccole imperfezioni come piccole macchie, gocciolamenti possono essere presenti sul pezzo e sono benvenute oltre che essere il "certificato" del fatto a mano! Inoltre da un pezzo all'altro possono apparire alcune variazioni di colore perché nel forno accade sempre qualche inaspettata magia!
 
 
DESCRIPTION
The Chawan cups from the Cretto series were wheel-thrown in white stoneware with added pigments and fired at a high temperature (1250 °C). This firing makes the objects non-porous, strong, and durable. They are glazed with a semi-opaque light blue glaze, while the exterior is left unglazed to highlight the cracks that form during the wheel-throwing process, which are created solely by working from the inside.

Also, some color variations may appear because the kiln itself has its personality!
