Shipping Policy

​ PROCESSING TIME:
I will do the shipping within 3-5 working days by the Italian Post using the "International Postamail".
This type of shipping, which is the cheapest, can take up to 10-21 BUSINESS days for delivery - depends on where  you are located and does NOT include a tracking code.
If you purchase a piece of my sculpture collection which costs over 100 € there is still provided registered mail.

If you want a traceable shipping or faster shipping or any shipping upgrade please contact me BEFORE you make the purchase!

Upgrade shipping to registered or insured mail costs more, but provides a tracking number and requires signature confirmation.
Additional costs for registered or upgrade shipping has to pay the customer.

In case of damage that may occur during transit due to external services (postal and / or courier), send me a photo documentation and we solve the problem together!
